Forrest Estate is one of the Marlborough vineyards that you could visit on one of our tours.
Sounds Connection has recently had one of its fleet vehicles sign written for the winter of 2012 to support the local rugby Club. It will be used as a supporter’s bus for the Waitohi Rugby Club Premier games around the Marlborough region. Waitohi was the successfully undefeated Premier team last season and we wanted them to do it again this year with a bus to take their supporters to the games to cheer them on
Sounds Connection and the Waitohi Rugby Club have received positive feedback from the locals about its appearance and support from Sounds Connection.
If you are a supporter of the Waitohi Rugby Club, look out for the sign written bus at their next game!
Mark Baxter of Sounds Connection has landed a huge 175kg fish to win a recent competition…

The Marlborough Sounds have been described as one of the most spectacular sites in the World. If you have not visited them before you are in for a real treat. Your day starts with a twenty minute bus trip from Blenheim to Picton where you will board one of Cougar Lines vessels and embark on a trip accentuated by birdsong, native bush and breathtaking views, visiting Ships Cove, the Bay of Many Coves, the Lazy Fish and Mistletoe Bay before being transported back to Blenheim.
The festival, on Friday November 2 2012, features wine tastings from 16 Marlborough wineries and ticket-holders can choose to mix and mingle after the event at a barbecue put on by the Mercure Picton Marlborough Sounds hotel.
Bread and cheese will be available to accompany the wines.
Wineries scheduled to showcase at the festival include: St Clair, Fromm, Georges Michel, Huia, State Landt, Nautilus Estate, Auntsfield Estate, Lake Chalice, Seresin Estate, Mt Riley, Rock Ferry, Twin Rivers, Hunters and Evergreen.
Tickets cost $25 and are available from Sounds Connection, phone 5738843.

Sounds Connection hosted an Icon Adventurer in NZ Graeme Sinclair and his support crew.A great time was had by all and a good range of fish was caught. A Scallop dredge on the way home was successful and Le Cafe Picton cooked all the Seafood on Film to perfection.
